The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹117 crore in equity shares alongside an offer for sale of up to 12.9 lakh shares by existing shareholders. The company specializes in digital transformation solutions, offering technology consulting and artificial intelligence-led services. Intellius Recode's flagship offering includes proprietary Agentic AI-based digital workers, which are AI-enabled software products designed to function as virtual employees. These digital workers execute defined business processes by interacting with enterprise systems across front, mid and back-office operations.
