Starr appoints Igor Di Beo as Brazil CEO. The insurance and investment organization has named Di Beo as Chief Executive Officer of its Brazil operations, effective March 23, 2026. He succeeds Cristina Domingues, who established Starr as a leader in the Brazilian specialty insurance market and will remain on the board during the transition. Di Beo brings nearly thirty years of industry experience across Brazil and Europe, most recently serving as Underwriting Non-Motor and Claims Vice President at HDI Seguros. His career includes senior leadership positions at major insurers including AXA, where he served as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Underwriting Officer, and earlier roles at Allianz and AGF. The leadership change reflects Starr's continued investment in strengthening its presence in Brazil's competitive insurance sector.
