Schwartz is actively working on Trump's appeal of his New York state conviction related to a $130,000 payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. He's also part of the legal team attempting to move the criminal case to federal court, where Trump could claim presidential immunity under a 2024 Supreme Court ruling. Additionally, Schwartz was just added to Trump's appeal challenging a judge's finding that he's liable for inflating real estate asset values.
