Cambridge Mill Yard reaches major milestone with topping out ceremony on its central office building. The £180m mixed-use development by Railpen, Socius, and Morgan Sindall Construction is reshaping a key Cambridge location into a sustainable neighbourhood. The project will deliver 110,000 square feet of flexible office space, 70 build-to-rent apartments, and community facilities across three office buildings and two residential structures. Targeting completion in 2027, Mill Yard aims for NABERS 5-star and BREEAM Outstanding sustainability ratings. All buildings will be all-electric with renewable energy integration.
