The company's express logistics vertical drove growth with customer orders jumping 129 percent to 18 crore, supported by expanded network reach to 15,656 pin codes and a delivery partner base of 2.6 lakh. Shadowfax now controls approximately 30 percent of the 3PL express market, up from 8 percent four years ago. The company plans aggressive expansion ahead, targeting 100 dark stores by FY27 and deploying AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
