Led by Bertelsmann India Investments with participation from Spark Growth Ventures, Bikaji Family Office, FE Securities and Fireside Ventures, the capital injection marks significant growth for the platform. Rozana has demonstrated impressive traction, expanding from initial operations in Raebareili to serving over 21,000 villages across Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. The company reported 4X revenue growth since its previous $22.5 million funding round in 2024. Fresh capital will strengthen technology infrastructure, expand product categories beyond its current 1,000 SKUs, develop private-label offerings and deepen brand partnerships. Rozana plans to establish 200+ physical stores and enter additional northern states across the Gangetic belt.
