MS Transverse leadership transition underway. Dave Paulsson, co-founder and current CEO, will transition to Chairman of the Board effective July 15th, 2026, while current President John Fitzgerald assumes the CEO role. Paulsson will also serve as Strategic Advisor to parent company MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings. The move follows eight years of significant growth and strong financial performance at the hybrid fronting carrier subsidiary. Paulsson will focus on long-term strategic vision as Chairman while providing executive counsel to MS&AD's broader global operations. Fitzgerald will lead MS Transverse operations, building on the foundation established over the past eight years. MS&AD CEO Hiro Morimoto highlighted Paulsson's rare ability to scale business while maintaining profitability, positioning him as a valuable strategic resource for the entire group's global objectives.
