Unite Group FY25 adjusted profit climbs. The UK student housing operator reported adjusted earnings of 232.3 million pounds for fiscal 2025, up from 213.8 million pounds in the prior year. Adjusted EPS rose to 47.5 pence from 46.6 pence. Total revenue increased to 332.8 million pounds from 299.3 million pounds. However, IFRS profit declined significantly to 97.6 million pounds from 441.9 million pounds due to valuation changes. The company proposed a final dividend of 24.9 pence, bringing total annual dividends to 37.7 pence, representing a modest 1% year-on-year increase. Looking ahead, Unite Group guided 2026 adjusted EPS in the range of 41.5 to 43.0 pence, reflecting expectations of lower Empiric income and occupancy levels. Shares closed down 0.43% at 578.00 pence.
