NABARD allocates 5.11 lakh crore for Andhra Pradesh credit plan. The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development has projected a substantial 20 percent increase in total credit outlay for 2026-27 compared to the previous year's 4.24 lakh crore allocation. Agriculture receives 2.55 lakh crore, with crop loans accounting for 1.66 lakh crore. Horticulture gets 11,961 crore, with 5,313 crore specifically designated for Rayalaseema region and Prakasam district. MSMEs will receive 1.64 lakh crore in credit support. Additional allocations include 9,957 crore for agricultural infrastructure and 12,687 crore for allied activities. Chief Minister Naidu emphasized the need for banks and NABARD to actively support horticulture sector growth across the state.
