Stryv acquires Sterra to expand into home appliances. Singapore-based consumer electronics startup Stryv has completed its acquisition of home appliance brand Sterra for an undisclosed sum, marking a strategic entry into the home care market. Both companies will operate under parent firm Evo Commerce alongside brands Bback and Mantou. Sterra, which generated S$16.6 million in revenue for fiscal year ending June 2025, specializes in water and air purifiers priced between US$189 and US$1,999. The combined entity aims to build Stryv into a multibillion-dollar enterprise within five years. Stryv, which sells personal care devices through over 2,000 storefronts and its own channels, closed 2025 profitable with eight-figure revenue. The company self-funded the acquisition without external investor backing, prioritizing sustainable growth over rapid expansion at all costs.
