Enegex Launches Major West Africa Gold Exploration Program
Enegex has commenced an ambitious reverse circulation drilling campaign at its Gogo project while simultaneously reporting encouraging gold intercepts from its Tougbe exploration area. The company is executing a planned 3 to 3.5 kilometer drilling program designed to test multiple prospective zones and expand the resource base across its West African portfolio.
The Tougbe results are particularly noteworthy, with auger core drilling returning significant intersections including 4 meters grading 6.2 grams per tonne of gold and a separate 12-meter interval averaging 1.68 grams per tonne. These grades suggest the presence of economically viable mineralization that warrants immediate follow-up drilling to define the lateral and vertical extent of the gold-bearing structures.
