Adani Enterprises expands airport city strategy with new subsidiaries. The conglomerate's step-down unit has incorporated three wholly-owned entities focused on hotel and real estate development across Navi Mumbai, Guwahati, and Ahmedabad airport cities. Each subsidiary will engage in real estate activities, building construction, and hotel operations featuring integrated restaurants, banquets, and business centres. This strategic move aligns with Adani's ambitious $15 billion expansion plan for its Indian airport portfolio through 2030, targeting 200 million annual passenger capacity. The company currently operates eight airports accounting for 25 percent of India's passenger footfalls and 33 percent of air cargo traffic.
