Wipro secures transformational deal with Olam Group. The IT services giant has announced an eight-year strategic engagement with Singapore-based Olam Group, a fifty-billion-dollar food and agribusiness, expected to exceed one billion dollars in total contract value with committed spending of eight hundred million dollars. As part of this broader partnership, Wipro will acquire Mindsprint, Olam's IT services subsidiary, for three hundred seventy-five million dollars in an all-cash transaction. Mindsprint operates across enterprise applications, data analytics, digital engineering, and cybersecurity with over thirty-two hundred employees globally. The acquisition is projected to close by June thirty, twenty twenty-six, strengthening Wipro's position in the food and agribusiness sector while expanding its farm-to-fork digital transformation capabilities across international markets.
