Caddick Construction secures major Leeds hotel contract. Caddick Construction has been appointed as contractor for a £46 million hotel development in Leeds city centre. The 16-storey scheme on Lisbon Street will feature 200 rooms, a ground floor café and bar, meeting spaces, gym facilities, and retail concessions. Joint developers Marrico and Helios have secured full funding for the project, with Lamington Group operating the property under its room2 hometel brand. Construction begins May 2026 and completes spring 2028. The development will be fully electric and powered by renewable energy, aligning with sustainability standards. This project strengthens Caddick's portfolio in Yorkshire and demonstrates continued investment in Leeds hospitality sector growth.
