Capillary Technologies acquires SessionM from Mastercard for $20 million, significantly expanding its loyalty platform footprint. The acquisition brings SessionM's $35 million in annualised recurring revenue and over 40 enterprise clients, including five Fortune 500 companies. Capillary shares surged 2.51 percent following the announcement. The combined entity will generate approximately $115 million in ARR with over 150 customers including 25 Fortune 500 companies. Capillary expects the SessionM business to achieve EBITDA profitability within the first year and targets a cash payback period under five years. The company projects consolidated adjusted EBITDA of approximately 398 crore by FY30 after completing customer migration within 24 to 36 months. This marks Capillary's fifth acquisition since its November 2025 listing on Indian exchanges.
