The independent specialist placed approximately $4 billion in gross written premium while expanding its workforce by 180 employees to over 1,300 staff members. Strategic acquisitions including AHJ Holdings and Spanish broker Bruzon strengthened Miller's reinsurance capabilities and geographic footprint across Nordic, Caribbean, and North American markets. The broker continues rapid expansion in Asia with new operations in Korea and diversified Japanese offerings. Looking ahead, Miller acquired Shields Reinsurance in early 2026 to enhance its presence in Middle East and North Africa regions.
